  • Data Retention: We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., to complete your order, process refunds) and to satisfy any legal or accounting requirements. Once the purpose is served, we will dispose of the data securely.


We will acknowledge your request within a week (1 week) and aim to resolve all grievances within one (1) month of receipt.
