Return Policy:
Trying us for the first time? Not liking how your product fits? Don’t worry. We are happy to offer a 7 day return or exchange on your first TENOTWO purchase.

Standard Orders: Applicable exclusively to first-time online orders. Please make sure you raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product. (All the products should be unused and in unwashed condition.)

Altered Outfits: As each garment is Made-to-Order and specifically tailored to your request, we strictly do not accept returns, or exchanges on any finished outfit.
This commitment to the made-to-order philosophy ensures that every piece is carefully crafted to your unique specifications. We strongly recommend reviewing the product details and sizing charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Return Policy Terms and conditions
Pickup Timeline: Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–72 hours of approval.
Registered Number Only: For security, pickup will be done only at the original delivery address and number. No alternate contacts allowed.
Mandatory Packing Video:
All customers must record a clear video showing the product condition and packing process before handing it over. This is for safety and proof of intact product transfer.
Video is Required in Edge Cases:
In case of damage, mismatch, or disputes, we may request this video. Failure to provide it will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
Strict Quality Check:
All returns go through final QC at our facility. Products found used, altered, or missing tags/accessories will be rejected with no further discussion.
One-Time Pickup Attempt:
If the pickup fails due to unavailability, wrong address, or lack of coordination, the return case will be closed automatically.

Altered Outfits: Once an outfit has been altered (a custom service), it is considered a final and personalized piece and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you require minor post-purchase adjustments, we are happy to assist. However, the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs associated with sending the outfit back to our studio for any necessary adjustments.
Fit Concerns: If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us for guidance. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Shipping Delays
We strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. However, refunds will not be provided for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, customs clearance, or third-party logistics partners. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these matters.
