GENERAL USER AGREEMENT & ELIGIBILITY

 

  • Acceptance of Terms: By visiting the website TENOTWO or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other published policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy).​

  • Eligibility: Use of the TENOTWO website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law (i.e., individuals who are 18 years of age or older). By using the website, you confirm you meet this eligibility requirement.​

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TENOTWO account login and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

TERMS OF SALE & PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

  • Product Accuracy and Description: TENOTWO makes every effort to ensure product colors, designs, and fit are displayed accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be completely accurate. Minor color or texture differences are not considered defects.

  • Product Details: For our Indo-Western wear (including ready to wear sarees), please note that any items described as handloom, handcrafted, or hand-dyed may have slight, natural variations, irregularities, or imperfections. These are characteristic of the unique craft process and should not be viewed as product faults.​

  • Pricing and Availability: All prices displayed on TENOTWO are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. The confirmation of your order depends on product availability and successful payment processing.​

  • Order Acceptance and Cancellation: A contract is only legally formed when TENOTWO sends a confirmation email accepting your order. TENOTWO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or inability to authorize your payment.​

  • Customer Obligations: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at TENOTWO.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

 

  • Payment: TENOTWO accepts various payment methods (You can pay using your Visa. Master, AMEX Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI.​

  • Shipping: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. TENOTWO is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen external circumstances.​

  • International Orders: For all shipments outside of India, the customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside of the control of TENOTWO.​

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased from TENOTWO passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USER CONDUCT

 

  • Copyright and Trademarks: All content on the TENOTWO website, including the brand name, logo, clothing designs, images, and text, is the sole property of TENOTWO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use this content without our express written permission.​

  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the TENOTWO website for any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes, or to upload or transmit any computer viruses or destructive code.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

  • Limitation of Liability: TENOTWO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold TENOTWO harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these T&Cs.​

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
