SHIPPING & GLOBAL DELIVERY POLICY
We, at TENOTWO, are committed to ensuring your product arrives safely and promptly, no matter where your style journey takes you.

 

SHIPPING
At TENOTWO, we offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): All orders within India are shipped free of charge.

  • International Shipping: All international orders are shipped free of charge as well.

  • Processing Time (Standard): All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days depending on the product after the order is placed.

  • Processing Time (Customized Orders): Products that require customization will take approximately 10 to 14 business days to be processed and shipped.

  • Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable, world-class carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, etc. to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Delays: While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing. TENOTWO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.


CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Please be aware that for all orders shipped outside of India, the following applies:

  • Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any additional charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

TENOTWO does not cover these fees under any circumstances. These charges are collected by your local government or carrier upon delivery, and they are not included in your order total or the free shipping service.


Recommendation: We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to estimate any potential charges. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the package being abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
